How to save a YouTube video on a USB device?

Step 1

Visit the YouTube video you want to save. Right click on the address at the top of the browser window and select “Copy.”

Step 2

Visit a website such as Media-Convert, Free File Convert or Convertfiles (see “Resources”). These sites work in the same way and they all allow you to capture YouTube videos.

Step 3

Click on the option to download the video from the website.

Step 4

Right click on the text box of that option and select “Paste.”

Step 5

Click on the download button. After a few moments, a link should appear. Click on that link to download your YouTube video.

Step 6

Connect the USB device to the computer. Click on the “Open” option once a pop-up menu appears automatically on the computer. Open the default download folder. Click and drag the YouTube video from the computer to the USB device folder.
